100% KY milled flour, naturally leavened, and made by hand over three days. Fermented for 24 hours to enhance flavor and stone baked.
Available in either free form or tin loaf style. For the tin style the bread is baked in a metal tin giving it a rectangular shape and slices that fit nicely in the toaster. The free form style is pictured here.
